Monuments and Galleries: Being a historical city, Krakow has a number of monuments and galleries for the visitors. Most of the state museums offer free entry on Sunday and remain closed on Monday. You can visit Czartoryski Museum which houses the famous Lady with an Emine by da Vinci, Bunker of Modern Art, Armia Krajowa Museum, Archaeological Museum, and Centre of Japanese Art & Technology which has wonderful collection of Japanese artifacts. You an also visit Galicja Jewish Museum in Kazimierz and Gallery of 19th Century Art which offers some of the best collections of 19th century Poland paintings.

Major Landmarks: Wawel Castle is undoubtedly one of the most popular attractions in Krakow. But be aware of the fact that it has some awkward pricing structure, as you may need to pay different price to get into the different parts of the castle at a particular times of the day. Surprisingly, during other times, you don't have to pay any entry-fee there. Kazimierz is the former Jewish district located in the south of Wawel. The Rynek Glowny is one of the biggest medieval squares in the world with several churches, restaurants and bars.

Other Must-Dos: Listen to the Hejnal Mariacki in Rynek Glowny or go for shopping at the open area flea markets at Plac Nowy and Hala Targowa on Sundays. Walking along the Royal Way or walking around the 'Planty' can also be joyful. You can also go for Vistula River cruise from the Wawel Castle. Dragon's Lair and Dragon Breathe Fire are treat to watch.
