Things to Do
Going-to-the-Sun Road: Your exploration starts from the Going-to-the-Sun Road. And it is certainly one of the great attractions of Glacier National Park as you drive through the road. Some of the best views are in store for you.
Other Sights from Car: You will also get glimpses of a few more panoramic beauties while you drive through the park. Looking Glass Hill Road offers excellent view of Lower Two Medicine Lake. There are also US Highway 2, US Hwy 89, Chief International Highway, Two Medicine Road, Cut Bank Creek Road, and Camas Road etc. that offer excellent views.
Sperry Glacier: It is one of the most popular attractions in the park. Climb up a steep trail from Sperry Chalet to reach Sperry Glacier. On the way, breathtaking views of the Little Matterhorn, Mt. Reynolds and Bearhat Mountain are waiting for you.
Lakes: Lake McDonald is the largest lake in the park whereas St Mary Lake is the second largest. You can also go for various activities like boating, swimming, fishing etc. there. Iceberg Lake should also be visited.
Activities: You can go for various activities in Glacier National Park. Go for boating at Two Medicine, Rising Sun, Waterton Lake and Lake McDonald. There are various camping spots for those who love adventure. You can also go for fishing, hiking and horseback riding there.
