'A Green World' is what we all look forward to these days. However, this is not merely a present day phenomenon. Since the very early days, human beings have always got attracted to the wilderness of forests. They have always been quite keen to explore it and unveil its mystery. Be it the thrill of the wilderness of the deep forest, the sheer mystery of the greens, be it the wildlife or be it the birds – forests have a lot in store for the tourists. And the attraction is never-ending.

There can be several types of plantations and forests like tropical forest, subtropical forest, rain forest, and a few more. Some forests are dense, whereas some may be light. Some could be good for wildlife watching, whereas some are known for bird watching. Camping is another attraction of forest, but while doing so, one must abide by the rules and regulations of the forest and keep himself away from any possible danger. While visiting forests, one should also remember that forest is the home to the thousands of wildlife animals and plantations. Therefore, we must pay proper attention in our activities so that we, knowingly or unknowingly do not disturb their lives and habitats.

Some of them could be named as Bialowieza Forest in Poland, Sundarban in India, Cedars of God Forest in Lebanon, Sinharaja Forest Reserve in Sri Lanka, Congo Rainforest, Platano Forest in Honduras, Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve in Costa Rica, El Yunque National Forest in Puerto Rico, Pantanal in Brazil etc. and many more.
